Managing DirectorToby joined PicassoHR in 2013. Before joining the Company he spent 20 years working in the City, building and managing a number of businesses. After spending some time living abroad, he subsequently chose to leave the financial services sector; in search of a more sustainable, ethical existence. Toby has always been passionate about people, and delivering a quality service in every businesses he is involved in.

Head of OperationsRuth joined PicassoHR in 2013. She is a Certified Bookkeeper and continues her CPD with AAT, studying Management and Accounts. Since Joining PiacassoHR she has taken on the marketing as well as other operational aspects of the business, however she continues to look after the financial aspects of the day to day bookkeeping.

Senior HR ConsultantSarah Joined PicassoHR in 2016 as a Graduate Psychology student. She has studied her CIPD Level 3 qualification with us, and now undertakes many aspects of HR. Sarah is a specialist in working with GP practices. She also has a passion for working with young people and is a CIPD Enterprise Adviser.
"I had just finished studying Psychology at the University of York and felt ready to step into the big wide world of work! After cold-calling PicassoHR in the hope of getting some work experience, I spent two weeks with them after my graduation. I have always had a keen interest in learning and acquiring new skills and so was excited when they invited me back! I completed my CIPD training on the job whilst shadowing and assisting other members of the team."
Senior HR ConsultantLauren Joined PicassoHR in 2016. She is CIPD Level 7 qualified, having graduated in October 2015. She gained much of her hands-on experience within big corporate environments. However, the best part of her job, is being able to build meaningful relationships, and so, has found her perfect fit with us here at PicassoHR. Lauren is an HR generalist but has a special interest in TUPE.
"Like most people who work in HR, I fell into it after taking a temporary HR position once I left university. I enjoyed the role and wanted to pursue a career in HR, even though I had studied something different. When I realised that I needed to gain my CIPD qualification, I was very determined. I decided to self-fund my CIPD Level 7, Post Graduate Diploma. Graduating in October 2015 I haven't looked back!"
HR AdministratorKathryn joined PicassoHR in 2017. Her current role is as a support colleague for our HR Consultants. However, once her training is complete we hope she will become a Consultant herself. So far Kathryn has become involved with the recruitment, contract and handbook reviews, and management of holiday calculations.
"Whilst working as a Team Leader in my previous role, I found a real passion for helping people develop professionally. I’ve had lots of experience working in customer service roles but decided it was time to develop myself further within a specialised industry. After considering my career goals carefully I am now determined to succeed within the HR industry. I have started my journey with PicassoHR and continue to study for my CIPD Level 3 qualification."
