What do I get?

  • 3 Star service – telephone and email helpline
  • 4 Star service – as 3 Star plus on site assistance
  • 5 Star service – regular attendance to your premises e.g. one or two days a week/month as you require acting as your in-house HR manager.

We will bring all your HR policies and procedures in line with current employment law. This will include contracts of employment and staff handbook, or developing them where non exist.

Management will be kept updated on employment law changes and we will also update your documentation as necessary.

We don’t give you just generic policies and procedures. We use appropriate policies and procedures for your industry and design the handbook to match your company style, down to the font you use. We’ll produce a handbook that you and your employees can be proud of.

We will develop new employment policies and procedures as your business requires and in line with change in legislation.

Our services provide an employment legal advisory service to appointed management on any HR related issues and employment legislation via e-mail, telephone and on site when necessary. We will even produce HR management letters and documents regarding employee related issues. You won't need to think about what you should and shouldn't say and whether it is legally correct - we'll do it for you.

We will develop a separate family friendly handbook, containing maternity, paternity, adoption and parental leave procedure and request to work flexibly procedure. This will outline a schedule of steps to be carried out and relevant letter templates.

We will email you a monthly HR newsletter with up to date information on employment legislation.
