Our services ranges from providing a legal helpline through to complete hands on support. The result is that we save you time and money.  All the services listed below operate on a monthly fee basis. We can tailor our HR outsourcing services to your needs and budget.

We provide 3 main options:

• The PicassoHR ‘3 Star’ service – telephone and email helpline.
• The PicassoHR ‘4 Star’ service – as ‘3 Star’ plus on site assistance.
• The PicassoHR ‘5 Star’ service – as ‘4 Star’ plus regular attendance to your premises e.g. one or two days a week/month, as you require, acting as your in-house HR manager.

Our service options are created to suit your needs and budget. Whichever service option you choose we guarantee the highest level of professional advice and support.

Whether you choose the 3 star or 5 star option we will initially conduct an audit of your HR documentation, update all your documentation with change in employment legislation and when required produce template documents or specific documentation regarding an issue; for example, a disciplinary meeting invite letter or a guidance script for redundancy consultation, to support you every step of the way.

3 Star Service

All organisations have employee problems from time to time and need advice from experts to ensure they follow good employment practices – it is too easy to make the wrong judgement. Our 3 Star Service will:

• Carry out a health-check on your HR documentation and provide you with a detailed report recommending any changes required to meet current employment law.
• Production or updating of any documentation identified in the health-check, such as contracts of employment and staff handbook.
• Provide an employment law helpline to your dedicated HR consultant, ensuring that you have qualified and experienced people to call for advice on any employee issue, from handling grievances, sickness absence, and redundancy to disciplinary procedures. 
• Produce any necessary documentation you might need when there is an employee issue, for example a redundancy or a disciplinary letter.

4 Star Service

Our 4 Star Service includes all the features of the 3-Star Service plus:

• Hands-on assistance on-site when you need it from your dedicated HR consultant, on issues such as redundancy, disciplinary, performance or sickness absence ensuring that procedures are followed correctly and minimising the risk of employee disputes.

5 Star Service

Our 5 Star Service is for the organisation that needs the services of a dedicated HR manager on-site, but does not wish to incur the cost of employing one. This service is designed to provide all the support and peace of mind you need to manage your most valuable resource – your people, saving you time, money and worry.

Our 5 Star Service includes all the features of the 4 Star Service plus:

• A Picasso HR consultant will provide on-site support on an agreed number of hours per week or month. The activities can vary and can include areas such as assisting with recruitment, induction, producing offer letters and contracts of employment, as well as dealing with any employee issues.
