- Your management will be kept updated on employment law changes and we will also update your documentation as necessary.
- We don’t give you just generic policies and procedures: we use appropriate policies and procedures for your organisation and sector.
- We will develop new employment policies and procedures as your organisation requires and in line with changes in legislation.
- We provide an employment legal advisory service to appointed management on any HR related issues and employment legislation via e-mail, telephone and on site when necessary.
- We will produce HR management letters and documents regarding employee related issues. You won't need to think about what you should and shouldn't say, and whether it is legally correct - we'll do it for you.
- We will create a bespoke Company Handbook which states all your specific rules, procedures and policies, and design it to match your company brand guidelines, right down to the font you use - a Handbook that you and your employees can be proud off. This will outline a schedule of steps to be carried out and relevant letter templates. If requested, the handbook can be made ‘family friendly’, containing maternity, paternity, adoption and parental leave procedures and cover requests to work flexibly procedure.
