Introduction
People we find challenging in business often have very different personality styles to our own. Learning more about your own blend of styles and about those that “wind you up” can rapidly boost rapport. Adapting your communication strategies to create relationship improvements can help you enhance management skills, get on better with colleagues (and bosses!), prospect powerfully and create ambassadors from customers.
Objective
To understand the different personality styles that we all posess. You will learn about your own style and gain the skills to be able to identify the styles of others around you, whether at work or home. Find out how you are likly to behave in the good times, ......and the bad!

Managers or team members.
Presenter
Chris Liles has 23 years experience in various high profile, customer-interfacing positions in the professional service industry, which created his impressive people-skills. Frequently, this included confrontation situations e.g. as a Risk Assessment Surveyor negotiating remedial measures with clients to overcome unacceptable features e.g. insisting on installing intruder alarms or sprinkler systems. Also, as a Loss Adjuster, negotiating claims settlements at times of high client stress levels e.g. after burglaries, fires, floods etc. from commercial premises and private homes. His animated stories from these times enliven many of his coaching sessions!
