Introduction
The aim for this workshop is to provide participants with the knowledge, skills and techniques to increase their creativity at work.
Objective
- To be able to explain what creativity is and the characteristics of creative people
- To be able to identify their own creative style and ways to use it effectively.
- To understand how they can encourage creativity in others at work.
- To be able to use a range of creative thinking techniques to solve complex problems.
Audience
Participants learn to understand and use their own personal styles to be creative, and to recognise the value of different styles in increasing creativity in their work teams. Participants have the opportunity to assess the creative climate in their teams and identify ways of encouraging creativity. Organisations benefit from participants being able to work with others to solve problems efficiently and creatively.
