Lucy Pakes

Lucy has nearly 20 years’ experience in the field of Human Resource management. She has worked in a variety of industries in both the public and private sector, including roles with Suffolk County Council and Eastern Counties Newspapers Group.   Her training experience ranges from tailored workshops for small groups to delivering seminars to audiences of over 100 people. Training sessions delivered to date have included general subjects on HR management such as appraisals and sickness absence management to more specialised workshops such as the practical implications of the Data Protection Act.

Qualified to Level B in psychometric assessment, Lucy also provides team and management development workshops based around personality profiles.

Lucy has worked for Picasso HR Ltd since 2007 and currently provides HR advice and support to a number of SMEs within the East Anglian area, as well as undertaking consultancy projects for clients in London, Lincolnshire and Buckinghamshire.

 

Qualifications include:

• Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (MCIPD)
• Qualified to Level B of the British Psychological Society in psychometric assessment
• BA (Hons) Degree - English Literature
