Lina Hogg

Before entering the world of Human Resource management 12 years ago, Lina was successfully employed in the training and computer industry. Lina has worked as a HR manager in retail and for a major firm of solicitors in Ipswich and has up to date knowledge of British employment legislation and HR practices.   After her first degree in Chemistry, Lina spent over ten years as a Computer Systems Analyst and trainer. As a trainer, Lina has the National Vocational Qualification training, assessment and verification qualifications and has worked successfully with a large training provider for over five years. She has spent considerable amount of time training and developing trainee managers and line managers.

Since October 2000 Lina has been founder and managing director of PicassoHR Ltd – a Human Resource management consultancy and outsourcing organisation. PicassoHR is now considered a leader in the filed of HR outsourcing. The Company now has a diverse range of organisations to which employment law support/advice, health & safety and personal development training is provided.

Lina is a regular columnist in the Suffolk Business Magazine.

 

Qualifications include:

• Certificate in Mediation with the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators
• Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development (FCIPD)
• Certificate in Counselling Skills
• BSc (Hons) Degree Chemistry
• National Vocational Qualification Assessor & Verifier qualifications D32/D33/D34
