Our Company

PicassoHR is a well regarded company, both in East Anglia and further afield. We have been trading since 2000, but our core team have been engaged in the people management for many years prior to that. Our founder and Managing Director, Lina Hogg BSc, is a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development (CIPD) and is a qualified Mediator having trained with the Institute of Arbitrators. She has worked both in-house for companies and as a consultant for over 25 years. Lina has recently won the distinction of being voted one of the top 100 business influencers in Suffolk. We are one of only a few HR companies to hold the much coveted ISO 9001:2008 international standards award, which is proof of our integrity and consistent high quality. We need SHL in here.

Our People

PicassoHR is well known in the people management industry and are leading members of the Chamber of Commerce. Our people are fully conversant with the latest regulations in relevant HR areas. We only employ people who are CIPD qualified.

We have the experience you need to get the job done, quickly and efficiently. That’s why we only offer you senior advisors – we don’t simply send our senior people in to take the brief and then hand you over to an office junior. All of our team are true professionals. They are intelligent, business focused and qualified to know what they are talking about. They have all worked in the people management business for many years and between us we have a wealth of knowledge of most markets, which can be tapped into on your behalf.

When you decide to work with PicassoHR, you will be assigned a suitable PicassoHR advisor who will work closely with you, getting to know your organisation intimately, and they will personally handle all of your projects.
